PAYMENT
Currency
We accept payment in USD, EUR, CAD, GBP and CHF natively. Some payment methods are country and currency specific and will only show if the respective country is detected and/or the respective currency is selected (you can change the currency manually – see footer and menu). Some payment providers offer additional currency conversion options.
Charge and Refund
Please note that your credit card will be charged even if the ordered item is not yet deliverable at the time when you place your order. If an order is cancelled, the total amount is refunded to your credit card or to your customer account.
Advance payment/bank transfer
Pay for your purchase by transferring to the bank account details we send to you by e-mail. The goods are reserved or ordered when you place the order and shipped as soon as your payment arrives. Items delivered from a third party warehouse are only ordered after receipt of payment. You have 7 days to pay.

After successful completion of our credit check, payments by invoice are free of charge. This payment option is only available for our business customers. Invoices are sent by e-mail and are accessible via your customer account.

This option can be activated upon request and as soon as we have collected enough positive payment experiences with you (we will assess your creditworthiness with our own data). Invoices are sent by e-mail and are accessible via your customer account.

Maestro is an international debit card service by MasterCard International.

V Pay
V Pay, alongside VISA Electron, is a chip and PIN based debit card introduced in Europe in 2006. It is based on EMV technology and can be used at merchants and ATMs throughout Europe.
