The Music of STORMBREAKER

The soundtrack of the film features a wide range of contemporary music, including an original score by leading film and TV composer and orchestrator Alan Parker (former guitarist with Blue Mink and The Congregation).

On The Road and Good To be Here, performed by Rooster

Two songs from hot young band Rooster feature in Stormbreaker: ‘On The Road’ is taken from their debut album, ‘Rooster’, which thrust them into the limelight in 2005. ‘Good To Be Here’ is from their upcoming album ‘Circles and Satellites’, which the performers and songwriters (Nick Atkinson, Luke Potashnick, Dave Neale and Ben Smyth) recorded with producer Matt Wallace at the famous Sound City Studios in Los Angeles. ‘Good To Be Here’, a live favourite with Rooster fans, will be released as a digital download single on August 14th.  The video features scenes from Stormbreaker.

Blame, performed by Transluzent, featuring Carla Vallet

Transluzent's music is experimental and pushes the boundaries to the limits. Using both electronic and analogue sources, Transluzent have already had numerous appearances in the UK Breakers Chart, crossing over to the UK Club Top 40 with their own productions, as well as a number of hit remixes.

The song 'Blame', written, produced and arranged by Greg Walsh, features the distinctive voice of Carla Vallet. Carla started singing in public at the age of 9 in her native city, Madrid. She has been fluent in Spanish, French, and English since the age of 5. She left Spain to go to University in New York to study music. Her most recent success was when she became the voice and face of the Audi Q7 SUV launch and she performed 1,000 live gigs worldwide.

Hey Kid, performed by Matt Willis

A former member of the multi-platinum-selling British group Busted, which disbanded in 2005, Matt will release this single, which was inspired by the split, at the end of August.  The song is included in his eagerly-anticipated debut solo album, as yet untitled, which is due for release in November.

The promotional video for ‘Hey Kid’ features actor Damian Lewis, who stars in Stormbreaker as the deadly Russian assassin, Yassen Gregorovich.
